Jacqueline Cramer

Prof.dr. Jacqueline Cramer studied biology at the University of Amsterdam, specializing in environmental research. There she has been working as a scientific staffmember of the Department of Biology and Society, and as associate professor of the Department of Science Dynamics. Her main job was to teach biologists specializing in environmental policy.

Since 1989 she worked a a senior researcher at the Centre for Technology and Policy Studies of the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO). Her research related to the question of how government, industry and social organizations can stimulate the development and use of cleaner technology. Since April 1995 Jacqueline Cramer works at Phillips Consumer Electronics as a senior consultant, detached from TNO. She is among other things member of the Advisory Board for Environmental Management and member of the Advisory Board of Transport, Public Works and Watermanagement. Since September 1996 she works as a parttime professor in environmental management at the Tilburg University.
