Anthony Dunne and Fiona Raby
Dunne + Raby was formed in 1992 to explore inter-relationships between industrial design, architecture and electronic media through a combination of academic research and practical commissions. Recent work includes interactive exhibition for the "Health Matters" gallery, Science Museum, London, "Fields and Thresholds", a telecommunications study for the Netherlands Institute of Design and experimental furniture for Inoue Industries, Tokyo.

Anthony Dunne MDes (RCA) Industrial design. Born in London in 1964. Received B.Des (Hons.) in Industrial Design from the National College of Art, London in 1988. He worked at the Sony Design Centre and collaborated with Kei'chi Irie Architects in Tokyo from 1988-91. In 1991, he participated in NTT's "Museum inside the Telephone Network"; in 1992, made media terminals for Tokyo Ito Architect's "Dreams Room" at "Visions of Japan", V&A London. His work has been exhibited at the Pompidou Centre in Paris, the Axis Gallery in Tokyo, and the Design Museum in London. He has lectured widely and is a visiting lecturer at the Royal College of Art, London.

Fiona Raby MA (RCA) Architecture. Born in Singapore in 1963. Received B.A.(Hons) RIBA part 1 in architecture from Birmingham School of Architecture, 1985. Received M.A RIBA part 2 from the Royal College of Art, London in 1988. From 1989-91, she worked with Kei'chi Irie Architects in Tokyo and has collaborated with Pierre d'Avoine Architects on Japanese projects such as "Air Bar" and "Tsudanuma City". Received an Arts Council research grant for "ICi" an installation for the exchange of cultural information in 1993. Currently, she is carrying out research within the Computer Related Design Department at the Royal College of Art, London.
