Niels-Peter Flint

Niels-Peter Flint was a commissioner in the Designing Desires Workshop at Doors 3.

Niels-Peter Flint, Niels-Peter Flint Design, Denmark, is an architect and designer and runs two eco-design stores in Copenhagen (Flint's Stores, opened in 1994). He was the initiator of O2 International in 1988. He studied stage design with Josef Svoboda in Prague and has worked as a stage designer and professional actor with a number of different companies and productions. In 1990, he received the Gold Prize in Public Design in Nagoya, Japan. He has worked as a designer, lectured, taught and given workshops, mainly on design and environmental issues, in Amsterdam, England, Japan and many other places. His work during the preceding two years focused mainly on life rituals, product life cycle analysis and sustainable tourism.
