Artist Gerald van der Kaap (1959) has participated in several group exhibitions including 'The Arts for Television'. He is also well-known as a music maker ('Save the Robots') and as publisher and editor of Zien magazine (1980-86) and Blind magazine (1989-90). He is an eclectic who has undergone far-reaching development within the confines of the medium which is most truly his own, namely photography. Gerald van der Kaap was awarded the 1996 Capi-Lux Albas prize. His book 'Wherever you are on this planet' is published recently with Duizend & Een Publishers, Rotterdam.
