Interaction Design Bazaar | Students from some of the world's leading interaction design graduate schools, including Royal College of Arts, Utrecht School of the Arts, New York University, and Media-GN, will present new work at the world's first Interaction Design Bazaar. Admission is free for the Doors audience. For this side event you can not pre-register; like a bazaar you can walk in and out. |
Sure, they're Playing - but are they Learning | newMetropolis, Oosterdok 2, Amsterdam Amsterdam's new science and technology center newMetropolis will host a professional meeting on 'Play and Learning'. The meeting places the 'Play and Learning' debate in a historical context, and includes research into informal learning at newMetropolis itself. Admission is free for the Doors audience. Play it Smart in Architecture | Auditorium of the University of Amsterdam (UvA), Singel 411 (corner Spui), Amsterdam Ecology can be an inspiration for playful architecture.
